Electric parts reconstructions :


The current trend of development of forming machines clearly defines and determines, where and on what the maximum emphasis of constructors and designers of such equipment is put. It is the area of occupational health and safety of employees working on forming machines. This field is underestimated in terms of forming machines currently commonly used in production operations not only by the operators but most importantly from perspective of the machine insufficient technical condition, which can eventually cause occupational injury to happen. There is pressure created by inspection bodies authorized to revise conditions of such equipment and to allow or prohibit their operation. The result of their inspection is very often putting the insufficient equipment out of operation, which has negative impact on the production running. In connection with the above mentioned facts our company would like to offer its services in the following areas:

• reconstructions of electrical parts of forming machines using latest control elements and focusing on provision of maximum occupational health protection of operating employees using safety elements such as NOT-AUS circuits, two-hand press start-up, assembly of mechanical and photoelectric locks against spontaneous intervention in the press area, etc.
• replacement of the whole electric installation of forming machines corresponding with the applicable standards, preparing of the new electric documentation and user manual included.
• manufacturing new electric switchboards for forming machines control and associated supporting technology such as levellers, uncoilers, etc.

Press control automations :

The basic solution of press control automation is provision of fully automated run of the equipment taking into consideration the possibility of fast changes and setting of the press.Press control is carried out via SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 control system with TM121C safety module providing press safety functionality. It is also possible to offer control systems of other manufacturers. The level of control automation can be designed on several levels and in several versions.

Press new control shall provide the following functionality :

• control of the main motor revolutions
• press force measuring and evaluation
• tool protection
• electronic evaluation of press crankshaft position
• automatic resetting of the press ram position
• automatic resetting of the press pad position
• monitoring pressing process
• archiving tool data

Press safety functionality :

• central stop
• two-hand press operation
• foot-operated switch
• PSV valve inspection
• inspecting cams for press stop in the top dead centre
• evaluation of light barrier condition
